World Bank confab slated for November

Anderson and Beverly Ltd, an international organisation that specialises in organising exhibitions, conferences ad seminars worldwide will be organising an international banking, security and fire exhibition and conference in Nigeria this year.
The conference which will come up between November 2 and 7 this year will be sponsored by Victor Vanni Security International.
In a press release from the orgnisers they noted that the forth coming exhibition and conference on banking, security and fire is meant to focus attention on promoting useful links and highlighting sensitive issues relating to international banking security and fire prevention.
The conference the organisers said will provide the opportunity of identifying new technologies in the global effort of minimising fraud, robbery, fire hazards and other brazen acts of crime.
The conference will be held in ten sessions. Each session is expected to cost N250.00 per participant. To attend the ten sessions, a participant will need N2,500.00.

According to Anderson and Beverely Manager, Miss Ronke Giwa Companies and Organisation willing to participate in the exhibition will have to either pay for their stand or construct one of their own.
She said that about 16 guest speakers are expected to present specialised papers, eight of these speakers would come from abroad while six will come from Nigeria and the other two will come from either sister African countries.
Topics to be discussed at the November conference are Electronics in banking case for fraud control, banking support for developing countries protection against crime, fire and vandalism.
Protection and promotion agreement of foreign investment in developing countries, the Nigeria case. Others are the need for the certification of the fire installation in developing countries, security and safety of marine and airport in developing countries.
The 1986 private guard companies decree. Also to be discussed is modern development in fire and security system. The case for the use of radio alarm in fire and security protection. Present at the press conference were Chief Adeola, Mr. John Booth, Dr. Omotosho and Chief Mumuni.
About 8,000 delegates are expected to attend the conference while 100 companies and agencies will exhibit modern technological products and services designed to combat fire, crime and terrorism.
