Analysis of today’s market activities showed trade turnover settled higher relative to the previous session, with the value of transactions up by 15.47%. A total of 342.20m units of shares valued at ₦4.75bn were exchanged in 7,592 deals. FIDELITYBK (+1.50%) led the volume and value chart with 137.64m units traded in deals worth ₦1.42bn.
Market breadth closed positive at a 1.47-to-1 ratio with advancing issues outnumbering declining ones. CORNERST (+9.57%) topped twenty-seven (27) others on the leader’s log while UPL (-10.00%) led eighteen (18) others on the laggard’s table.
